Opened them up brand new, they didn't turn on so I just assumed they were out of battery so I charged them for a few hours. After they were (supposedly) charged I took them out of the charger, and yet they still did not turn on. Strangely, if I plug them into the charger they can turn on, but they still couldn't use Bluetooth to connect to my phone. The design is also pretty awkward. Wouldn't recommend.
