When Maria calls a tow truck, towing away is refused unless Maria owns the car parked on her parking space. When Maria calls the portuguese police, towing away is refused unless the car is parked on a public space. When Maria demands justice in a portuguese court of (out)law, the perpetrators go unpunished and Maria is punished to pay about 10.000 to the court of (out)law and the perpetrators in fines and (out)law costs.
