I ve had this cpu for about 6 months and has been a great cpu I bought this instead of the unlocked K series due to temps and not wanting to buy a cooler but turns out this one thermal throttled under load and I had to buy a cooler anyway so I suggest holding out and getting the 8700k instead for future proofing
For not being in the K series this little firecracker is super quick and sped my pc up by a mile compared to my old i5. Excellent product
This CPU has been amazing! Makes gaming smooth, clear and fast especially with a 144hz 1ms monitor! Even for just casual needs this cpu is definitely worth it and shouldn't be underestimated at all.
