***GOOD LED lighting looks great and can be customized. Comfortable as my ears can fit within the ear cups. Noise suppression with ANC off is better than my other headsets. The headsets have ANC and that is a fantastic feature to have, which I use all the time now. Mic is fold up and can be bent into position. It also has an optional foam wind suppressor to stop breathing noise (A feature that is sorely missing from other headsets). Mic sound quality is MUCH better than my other headsets. It has a knob to adjust the volume split between game sounds and Discord (A truly fantastic feature) . Being able to tell the battery charge level via the app is useful. ***AVERAGE The range using the USB dongle is is no better than any of my MUCH older headsets despite this one having superior specs. (I'm disappointed with this as I was expecting more) Sound quality is “ODD” and I can't be sure if it's better or worse than my other headsets but it's definitely different. BASS with ANC OFF seems to be horrible for some reason (not a problem cos I use ANC), though you could probably change this with the built in EQ with the app. ***BATTERY LIFE The box says 14 hours with no LEDs' on and makes no comment as to what other features and functions are on or off at the time.. I presume all are off. With my testing (assuming the battery percent meter in the app is accurate) with ANC ON and the LEDS ON gaming with discord gives me a theoretical time of 8.5 hours. While this is about 1/2 the stated number this was not an actual 8.5 hour test and also none of my previous headsets got close to their recommended run times too.. This certainly theoretically has a longer run time than the actual run time of my current headset. ***NOT SO GOOD Unable to change while using the headset. Seemingly everyone brings up this short coming, while true I do wounder if people overstate the impact of this. If you're not going to game 8.5 hours straight without a break to recharge does this really matter- The location of the battery charging port is in the WORST place possible. You have to fold up the MIC to easily access the port and even then the mic is obstructing the port location. If you walk out of range the app will not reconnect to the headset once you walk back into range. The app uses WAY to much CPU power to do seemingly nothing. (I think ill remove it from the start up options.) ***WHATS MISSING It still blows my mind that manufactures don't throw in a stand. I still cannot understand why headsets DON'T come with magnetic charging cables, particularly this one
