Index™ Compact is specifically tailored to smaller kitchens. The upright case
design takes up less room on the worktop and it has open sides meaning that the
boards can be easily taken out, even when stored underneath your cupboards.
Each of the knife-friendly boards feature index-style tabs to indicate which food type they should be used for- raw meat, vegetable, fish and cooked food. All boards have non-slip feet and sloping edges to catch crumbs and liquids. The storage case also has a non-slip base.
Care and Use
Index™ chopping boards are especially kind to knives and will not blunt their
blades. Like all plastic chopping boards they will mark slightly
during use.
