Author: CHRIS TURNER LLM is a qualified barrister and Senior Lecturer in Law at Wolverhampton University. He is an experienced author whose other titles include Key Cases: Torts and Unlocking Torts, both published by Hodder Education. He is also series editor for Key Facts and Unlocking the Law. Series Editor: JACQUELINE MARTIN LLM has ten years' experience as a practising barrister and has taught law at all levels.
