$2.15 per mini is a really great deal. This set comes with 16 metal spears/lances, 2 of which were broken when it arrived so I give one star off. The broken spears didn't bother me too much because I wasn't planning to use them anyway, I planned to use the other weapons in the pack. In saying that, there are more than enough extra weapons mauls, axes, warhammers and small spears to make up for the broken lances. I was able to weaponise all the dwarves with out using any of the spears, just using the plastic weapons on the sprues provided
