Author Biography

David Poran has spent the last twenty years in the culinary world, most notably, as executive chef for NFL headquarters and as culinary director for Balduccis Markets. He cocreated and produced the 2002 James Beard Award-nominated program Heat, which aired on PBS. He currently has his own culinary consultation and food brokerage business in Washington, D.C.Viktor Budnik is a Los Angeles-based commercial food photographer whose work has appeared in Knack Gourmet Cooking on a Budget and Knack Diabetes Cookbook, as well as magazines and advertising campaigns.
