It's a bit flimsy but fine once the shoes are on it. It does seem to have a bit of a design flaw in that if you pull the sides slightly, all of the horizontal poles start falling out. Also putting it together was like a mixture of 3D chess and tetris, with beer goggles on. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the challenge.

It is easy to assemble, doesn’t need any tools. Although, the sticks remove instantly and they don’t have the same sizes. I just used super glue so it won’t fall off. Overall, it’s a good product but it is falling off easily when I put the shoes.
