"Classic Latin American food with flair and panache!"
5 stars"

At last! A pan-Latin cookbook with all of the classics: arepas, mole, chimuchurri, cebiche, tacos, flan and more … Delivered with Grace's flair and panache. Recipes are easy to follow and utterly delicious. This wonderful book is now a staple in my cookbook collection.

"Beautiful compliation of Latin American favorites!"
5 stars"

Chef Grace Ramirez's life and travels come alive through the stunning food photography intertwined with beautiful pictures of markets and everyday life in Latin America. I enjoy reading about her family stories and learning about different ingredients. The recipes are clear and concise, and give me confidence to try something new for dinner!

"A feast for the entire family!"

Coming from a household where all our members have different allergies but nonetheless all are picky eaters and hard to please… I can tell with confidence this book is just perfect! After making few recipes we all got hooked. The flavors are exciting and have lots of depth. On my selfish side, as a mom is approved too. The recipes are easily explained and easy to replicate!

Author Biography

"Following an upbringing steeped in Latin cuisine and a career in the pioneering days of food television, Grace made the life-changing decision to follow her dreams and become student to some of the masters of the New York culinary scene. Armed with that education, a hunger for new experiences, and a dedication to learning, Grace travelled extensively. Miami-born, Grace is very proud of her Latin heritage. Her family is from Venezuela, her stepfather is from Peru and her mother has lived in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. She has spent most of her adult years in New York. All those influences can be tasted in Grace s cooking. Grace gave up her job in television when she was selected from over 60,000 people to be on US MasterChef. Shortly after, she was awarded a scholarship to the prestigious French Culinary Institute in NYC. There was no turning back. She is a regular judge on the New Zealand series of My Kitchen Rules."
