Author Biography:

Emma J. Fogt dreamed up Lainy's Polite Bite in 2001 supported by a grant from the Delaware Valley Chapter Society of Nutrition Education. Emma is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Consultant and Entrepreneur. She lives in the woods of Pennsylvania with her husband, two grown children an joyful Labradoodle.
