Frothing temperature should be between 65°C to 70°C.

Frothing thermometer instructions:

1. Place the thermometer inside the jug and secure with the clip.
2. Tip of the thermometer should be at least 5cm into the liquid.
3. When dial reaches desired temperature, remove from heat.
4. Never use in the microwave.
5. Do not handle the thermometer with bare hands, always use a cloth for heat protection.

6.Clean with soapy sponge or cloth.

Measures 19cm long. Dial measures 4cm in diameter.
