This album is quickly becoming my second favourite album of 2015 (Muse's Drones is my number one) because of the fun and fureosity of its delivery. The Darkness has some elements that most metal fans may not like, but if you love bands like Queen, Frankie Goes To Hollywood or Iron Maiden, then this album is a must have.

The Darkness released their fourth album ‘Last Of Our Kind’ earlier this year, and the world was a better place for it. But great news! The band has found some more tracks hidden under a carelessly discarded catsuit and thought they would make an excellent Christmas gift to their fans. Especially when one of the songs title has the seasonal sounding title “I Am Santa” – hmm…
So here comes ‘Last of Our Kind (Deluxe Edition),’ which features 4 new tracks: “Messenger,” “Always Had The Blues,” “Million Dollar Strong” and “I Am Santa.”
They join the phenomenal original 10 tracks, which were unleashed earlier this year to critical acclaim.
