Kerry A. Bunker is founder and president of Mangrove LeadershipSolutions, an executive development firm specializing in improvingorganizational leadership and performance through senior executivelearning and coaching. Prior to forming his current organization,Kerry was senior fellow and manager of the Awareness Program forExecutive Excellence (APEX) at the Center for CreativeLeadership. Michael Wakefield is president of Xander Inc., a consultancyspecializing in the practical application of psych-ology toleadership and performance enhancement. Michael is also a principalwith Amazon's Global Leadership Development group. His primaryresponsibilities are to design and deliver leadership developmentinitiatives.
