Author Biography

Nigel A. Ibbotson is a published author and award winning photographer based in West Yorkshire. With almost thirty years experience behind him his work has covered most aspects of photography. Nigel's work has taken him to a wide range of places throughout Europe and has been exhibited throughout many countries. Nigel is passionate about producing images of the highest quality and previously published work includes Exploring West Yorkshire's History. His greatest interest is for landscape photography not only of his local Yorkshire but the British Isles as a whole. It was this interest that convinced Nigel to give up the hustle and bustle of commercial photography and concentrate on producing breath-taking landscapes. A man proud of his Yorkshire roots Nigel is enthusiastic about his subject - a passion which reflects throughout his work.
