I haven't done any toning in the past. So I'm hoping this DVD will help with that. The exercises are set up to include walking, then tone inbetween the walking. I have purchased 1kg, 2kg & 3kg dumbells, which should help with the toning also. Definitely a great DVD. Thanks Mighty Ape for the speedy delivery!
I've got 5 of Leslie's DVDs now.. Love the variety as it's far more fun than the gym I have at home! And I actually look forward to doing it! A bit different attitude for me.
