The young citizens of Santa Inez are frustrated. They have come to the conclusion that their world is a terrifyingly insecure place. And they blame the adults: their parents, teachers, city officials, any adult who appears incapable of insuring justice where it is needed, protection where it is required, and understanding when it is essential. The vow to take matters into their own hands, unleashing a series of escalating vigilante actions against those they feel have offended them: The MTV generation meets 'The Lord Of The Flies."
