The iPhone recognised it, which is super helpful, and the sound quality is fairly decent so, so far, a great buy for the price
There was nothing advertised about when you plug in the adapter and your headphones that it will connect through Bluetooth nor any brand that makes it. Bluetooth has to be enabled to play any audio through it. The audio is crackly and static, very noticeable when there is silence or if you listen close enough when audio is playing. Siri likes to open herself every time you plug in the adapter and headphones, very annoying. Overall horrible, do not buy and only buy apples official lightning to headphone adapter or a well reviewed third party one.
