Little Bear had been a very happy little bear for most of his short life. He had wonderful parents who loved him very much. He had lots of his favorite foods, like honey and fish, to eat. He enjoyed going with his father to the river near their home in the woods to catch fish. He had lots of fun times. But, he was beginning to feel something was missing in his life. He just didn't know what.

Author Biography:

Author Janice K. Taylor lives in Columbus, Indiana, with her husband and their toy poodle, Bailey.She is a graduate of Indiana University where she obtained her degrees in Elementary Education and Library Science. She taught for many years in Columbus and was also an elementary librarian for several years. She is currently retired and enjoys traveling, boating, clogging, knitting, walks with Bailey and, of course, reading and writing.
