Logitech BRIO 4k Ultra HD Webcam reviews

Webcam works as advertised, better than the old Logitech one I had both in terms of picture quality and low light performance. The icing on the cake is Windows hello – no password to log in to Windows is nice.

Easy to setup and great quality

Expensive but a good quality camera and works well with Windows 11 Hello. Monitor clip is a bit big for slim bezel monitor and but easily sorted with a piece of Lego and double sided tape!

Bought this specifically create content for my site, its perfect! record in 4K and cut to 1080p for high quality content. Also when it will be required record in 4k and upload! also great for streamers!

Awesome webcam, incredibly clear picture with handy privacy screen.

I am satisfied with the results obtained using the Logitech BRIO 4k Ultra HD webcam. Before doing so, I did some research to see which webcams would work with my old imac (10.13.6). It was clearly in high definition, with options for screen size ranging from standard to widescreen, colour adjustment, brightness, and quality ranging from low to high.

Make certain that your USB 3.0 ports can push enough power out, otherwise your camera will likely have random drop-outs. To solve this issue, if you get it, buy a mains powered USB 3.0 hub to prevent driver and controller issues losing connection with the webcam (which is a common complaint with this webcam).

This webcam actually has WORSE low light performance than the c920, and far more ISO. It also has a feature called RealLight 3, which cannot be disabled and will apply a post-process filter in attempt to correct the light. In reality, it smooths over too many details and flattens the light out.

If you don't have studio lighting, this camera will look bad, much worse than a c920 due to a noisy image. If you DO have studio lighting, this camera will produce a cleaner image.

Plugged it in, it worked, great!

The camera looks nice and all. And the sound and mic seems to work well. but the supporting software is a joke, i can't even get it to run with skype ( mind you, that might be skypes problem too). Too many programs just don't support it yet or the driver for it are bad. The time i have spent trying to get this to work is more than its big price tag… Think long and had before jumping down this rabbit hole. I may even go back to my old web cam.

It has a myriad of technical glitches and bugs which I won't go into.

Even after 8 hours of fiddling with settings I'm not happy with the image, and the c920 remains more consistent in quality across most ranges of use.

The Logitech Brio is better than expected with clear quality and features using the app. This was my first time getting a webcam over $100 and I was not disappointed. Thank you Mighty Ape! ❤️

Meet all expectations, the one thing these dont do however is the Bokeh effect you'd really expect in a webcam the same price as an intermediate mobile phone.

Awesome upgrade on my old camera for working from home. Be warned though, the quality is so good you will find yourself getting snapped in team meetings when your colleagues can see you rolling your eyes at their ‘unique points of view’. Windows Hello capability is the icing on the cake.
