Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum reviews

This headset is one of many more great headsets to come from Logitech's G series, it provides the best comfort along with the fantastic 7.1 Surround sound, this headset is truly a masterpiece of its days.

The RGB is good too…

Only issue I have, is while the microphone claims to be noise cancelling, they have no toggle-able option and it seems to pickup my keyboard strokes and mouseclicks a little too much..

Otherwise another fantastic product from Logitech !

Great headset however the mic is low quality BUT the 3.5mm cable does come with an inbuilt mic which is better quality than the inbuilt headset. The RGB is great and easily customizable anther problem is that if you lean your head back the headset slides off which has never happened to me mid-game, the ear muffs are extremely comfortable and my ears never get sweaty. NOTE the RGB doesn't work on console and neither does the USB cable so to get the RGB working you need to have the USB cable in a laptop and the 3.5mm in your controller at the same time.

Fits very well over ears, extremely comfortable, and 7.1 Surround Sound! RGB can sync with other Logitech products and is customizable. Logitech Software can link with things like Overwolf and Discord, changing the colours when certain things happen. (like changing to green when you're voice calling someone) Volume control is great although the Programmable G-Keys take some practice. The mic hides mutes itself when folded away, which is very handy. It also has voice playback so you can hear yourself speak. (helps a lot) All in all this headset is great and I highly recommend. Keep in mind this headset is wired, the wireless version is the G933. There is so much more I could say about this headset, I recommend reviewing it on the Logitech website.

Great headset, really nice sounds and the lights are amazing. The Microphone though is not that great, in fact it's horrible. To sum it up it sounds like you have a tincan with a string all the way to your ISP to talk to your friends.

So after my Logitech G35 fell apart after years of faithful service I figured it was time for a new headset.. I have used several Logitech products which for the most part have never skipped a beat so wanted to stick with a brand I know. The headset is comfortable and the lighting options are pretty cool but at this point in time most of the features are not functional. Surround sound does not work, only stereo is supported, G Keys don't seem to do anything, when I open a game and alt tab out there is no sound from any source other than the game eg music,youtube etc. Many, many users on the Logitech forums are having similar issues due to bad drivers at this stage. Its been 2 weeks since the release of this headset and even after multiple software updates from Logitech these issues still remain. I think this will be a great headset once this stuff is sorted but at least for now I'd suggest either waiting for these issues to be resolved or looking at another headset.

The first issue with this headset is, of course, the microphone quality. It is terrible compared to other headsets that are half the price of this headset. Secondly, the surround sound drivers keep running into issues and half the time decide not to work at all. They ARE comfortable and look good, which wins them back some points but overall a little disappointed by this headset.

Was very confusing to set up still doesn't work for me, surround sound, there is no cord for xbox one cant even turn the headphones on

The sound volume and quality were way better than I expected, it just blew my last headphones (Sennheiser!) out of the water. The microphone is crap, but, I use another external microphone anyway (Blue Raspberry USB mic, really good little portable microphone), the headphone is comfortable, but you don't want to be wearing these all day in 25C heat, your ears will sweat to death. Also, do not be alarmed at the seemingly pointless detachable side panels, they are just like that because it is the same plastic body as the Wireless version, which has a storage space in there for the Wireless dongle, also, you can, I suspect, purchase custom design side panels, for those who are into that sort of thing. The USB lights are also pretty, as in, pretty pointless really, but, they work as advertised. It is a good, solid design, will last for years and very comfortable to use, with a really decent cable length, fabric cable cover as well.

As soon as I got it, I wanted to give it a test. It is living up to it is build for. Loving the noise cancelling and the functions on the headphone.

The only thing it could improve is the usb when connecting it to my PS4, and the LED on it, like maybe change colours.

Other than that, I will now use this mainly :D

I've had this headset for about two weeks now and used it in my regular games, The sound is great for music and gameplay, directional sound is great but needs fiddly config to get working. Cable is plenty long and comes with usb and 3.5mm to allow you to use the headset with devices that don't have usb. The big downside with this headset is the microphone boom is small, requires bending every time to pick up your voice accurately, its hard to find with your hand (I own other Logitech headsets and this isn't an issue on them) and the control buttons are located on the back side of the headset and don't stick out enough for you to tell if you're hitting the right button. The ultimate gripe with this headset is when you adjust the volume with the built in wheel it gives you an audible beep, volume up- beep volume down- beep if you change the volume a lot or are about to get into a tense spot of gaming the beep really gets on the nerves and there is no way to disable it.

This headset has quite a nice sound quality and the mic is decent but does tend to pick up a lot of background noise which the people you talk to hear very clearly. The main problem i had was the detachable cord to the pc never seemed to plug in to the headset very well, which meant if i bumped it from moving a little too much the mic would stop working and then you have to replug it in. Sometimes though this would cause very loud static to either be heard by those you are talking to or by yourself which again you had to replug it in, and after just over 1 year and 1 month it screamed at me for its last time, it has died on me. So basically it sounded good but the cord no matter how much i tried to keep it in just never sat right and cause a bit too many problems.

Great set of headphones, gets the job done for gaming and video/audio watching

Sos I've had the headset since 10th April '18 and so far it's pretty great. A little uncomfortable with my glasses on but that was a given considering yenno I wear glasses. I haven't used the microphone much (still figuring it out on discord) but it's pretty good when I have used it though it did start to do a feedback loop and I could hear myself talking, I think that was just discord being a pain. Overall the sound quality is really amazing, and it is quite comfortable without my glasses on. After quite a few hours of wearing I do need a break though, but that's hours of gaming! 5/5 because I just enjoy it and for this sale price too. Oh and I love the rgb lights, which match my keyboard.

The Logitech G633 are very terrible, I have spent the afternoon trouble shooting various issues with the headset. Audio is popping, I ran several tests to ensure the media I was using was not the cause, which I found it does it across all audio. I changed it from 32000hz all the way up to 98000hz and still the same issue. The 7.1 surround sound is also really shocking, having come from a G35 to this one the audio is tinny, even when the EQ is adjusted with Bass in mind the audio sounds like you are in a tin can and are forced to turn it off. The volume when changed up or down beeps, I searched the issue out and this is actually a design feature (This is from logitech support directly) there is no way to turn it off. So when dynamic ranges are reached for movies the head set beeps frequently. Over all these are absolutely terrible, not only a down step from the G35's which these are meant to be the successors to but also for $200 they are like a $10 cheap pair.

The power cord and microphone stopped working so not very good value you would think it would last awhile longer

I found that when adjusting volume, it adjusted the computer volume, not just the headset. No matter which way I turned the volume, it always went up, never down. Microphone was not able to be adjusted low enough and was visible in my vision and was annoying.

Pro's: Comfy, Customisable, good length wires, not too bulky, small foldout mic, easy to use hardware.

Cons: Default sound settings are all papery/flat, hollow, lacking the sounds colour and emphasis. Surround sound system does improve this performance.

The catch: This Headset can be great… so long as you understand music theory in EQ, adjusting each low, mid and high frequency in the sound spectrum and are willing to play with these setting for quite a bit.

Solid construction, love the lights on it, Sound is amazing, like that you have both USB and normal audio jack options. The ear pieces are made from a sturdier type of material than my older G930's (which slowly flaked off leaving black bits on my neck and shoulders). Only thing is the microphones quality is slightly worse, friends in game tell me I sound “tinny”.. I give it a 4.5 star rating on this..

the g633 is a very good headset the clamp around the head is perfect the sound quality is also perfect, the only problem I had with it was the ear pads they were a little shallow so I used my old pads and the headset is perfect

The sound quality is definitely the best I have ever heard, but the usb cable just would not work, ahhh… I would give it 10/10 if the usb cable works as well so I could see the cool lightning

The headset shines in every feature but the mic, occasionally it was a bit fuzzy over Skype (might of been just a problem with mine), but could be fixed with an adjustment or to. The build quality, sound and comfort are perfect!!!!
