Sound quality was perfect for may taste. I set wide and flat and loved it. the bass options were over the top for me. The volume level is the loudest I have ever encountered in more than thirty years of using headsets. The microphone is very clear according to my audience. Mostly gamers and webinars. Size of the ear cups is large and comfortable. They are made for smaller heads than mine though. I could only just get them in a comfortable position by extending down to the max and spreading to the max. Which lead to some anxiety about head pressure. however I have been using them daily now for almost a month and have had no sign of pain or headaches. Battery life has been pretty much spot on so far. Heat build up in cups can be noticeable on a hot day, stay in the air-conditioning or vent them regularly.

They do have one weakness in the design in my opinion. the use of plastic components on the interior of the ear cup pivots. A lot of folks will grab them by the ear cups when putting them on and off. This puts a lot of stress on that region. My last two headphones had the same issue and both eventually broke at that point, hence I did not buy those again. I have mitigated this somewhat by grabbing the headband above the joint. But some days you just woke up and your not really awake yet, sayonara headphones...­.. /sigh

Had a bit of trouble at first as the software was faulty but then when I had it up and running it blew me away the sound quality and comfort are top.

After 6 months it will stop connecting to your computer and only be recognized as “Avnera AV6021” and will not be recognized as an audio device no matter what I do. Every online forum says to contact Logitech for a replacement so save yourself time and get a different headset. Because I'm without a headset and sent $300 down the tube.

This is the first wireless headset I've had in a long time due to some bad experiences in the past. Very happy with the product!

I got this headset thinking it is wireless however it’s not won’t work with Xbox one and can’t get it to work with PS4 either. However the sound is great just have to use it with a 3.5 jack

I have owned 2 of these headsets within 2 years, both had audio issues that required playing with on/off switch for audio to work… When this headset works, I can't complain.

Decent headset had for a while but then over time have deteriorated pretty badly losing sound in one side. Would wait for a sale or get different set as not worth the price

Had this headset since I purchased it from Mighty Ape, sure its lasted a few years but just recently the right side speaker has completely stopped working.

You will also notice if you have had these for a period of time you may lose sound temporarily in one speaker, you can fix this by wriggling and moving the power switch up and down. However this is the death rattle of this headset.

You also get a 2 year warranty and if its a day out and the headset goes faulty Logitech won't care.

It's such a shame because apart from that I don't have an issue with it.

I have owned 3 of these now. I really liked my first set, comfortable to wear, good sound, did everything I wanted. However after about 3 years the mic stopped working. I bought a new set but it only lasted a few weeks before the mic stopped working and the replacement set also only lasted a couple of weeks before yet again the mic stopped working. I will not be purchasing this product again due to these mic issues.

Plug the USB dongle in and turned on the headphones and the software was automatically installed by windows. Very easy to set up and use.

These were great till around the 2nd month when the right channel started to play up.looked on the Logitech website apparently this is common and the recommended fix was to hit the right side till audio came back. And now after a few months of that the right side has finally died. These were great until the right side started to have faults

Worked great for a year, then randomly the mic shorts out on an exposed wire inside the headset! Ridiculous. Common issue with these. The solution is to open the headset and put tape around the exposed wire, were great headphones till then

I was waiting for a newer version or something for ages. I had the G933 and they were dieing for the last 2–3 years, I finally bit the bullet and got these. Work great, way better range then the G933 for some reason and haven't skipped a beat. Highly Recommend. Also Mighty Ape must've sent these via a missile or something because in 4 hours they went from their store to Melbourne. Then Auspost took a week long smoko then decided to start sending it too me.

Maybe I've been spoilt with previous headphones but I found these to be pretty mediocre at best. Out of the box the bass is extremely overpowered and isn't pleasant, to be fair with a lot of adjusting you can get them to sound decent. A lot of plastic squeaking sounds are made whenever you put these on or take them off which adds to a cheap feel. The battery does not last that long and constantly needs to be charged. I normally just leave these connected to the supplied USB cable which is annoying as I wanted wireless headphones. The RGB lights are useless as these face backwards (which is fine as forwards they would reflect off of the screen) but considering the only people that would see them is someone sitting behind you, it seems like a useless feature and one that presents more like a gimmick. Overall, I would say these headphones are not worth the price point and I wouldn't really recommend them to anyone… Which is a shame as I really wanted to like them

This headset is pretty good but really only when it comes to gaming and clarity. For some reason audio in games seems way higher and clearer compared to music even when listen to audio encoded in FLAC at the highest quality it can go.

With music this headset prioritizes bass which is fine if you like that, if your into metal like me then the drums and bass will drown out everything else, I had to turn the bass down to 4 in Logitech's G Hub to hear Tool the way it should be heard when you can hear the guitar solos louder and clearer along with vocals.

The microphone on this headset is pretty meh, You have to extend the boom and move it quite close to your face otherwise Discord will cut out words you say. Also turning off automatic gain control in discord made it better.

I don't use Logitech's DTS super stereo mode to me it drown out the sound even more.

Apart from sound the headset is comfy and holds on tight, you might have to extend it a bit. It can be a little chunky on the sides though.

I replaced the Corsair HS70 headset which to me has louder audio than this headset though sadly the battery died on it and Corsair never got back to me.

Worth it

In the time I have had the headset so far (about a week or so) it's been amazing. It's better for my needs. I previously had an Astro A40 headset for years and it died on me. I got this one because it's wireless and had a good reputation from friends and online. So far I have had no issues, it's both wired and wireless (although mic features are only enabled for wireless). The range is amazing for the headset, I can go to the otherside of the house and still talk to friends. And the battery life has lasted me around 2 days using them all day before needing a recharge. I also find them to be more comfortable than the A40 for my own personal taste. The A40s were great, I just prefer this headset now… And it's about half the cost of the A50 wireless comparison. Can't go wrong! :D

Good sound quality but is always beeping for simply no reason no matter what battery percentage, connects right away but the logitech hub doesn't always connect

Only lasted about a year now the mic has lost connection and now and then need to turn on and off 2 get the sound to come through headset for 300 I would look at something else. A bit average from Logitech
