I've been using these for around two months now and in that time I've decided that I probably need to find better headphones.
These headphones are fairly good when used with a laptop because they fold up nice and small and are wireless so for portability they get top marks. I personally leave the usb dongle in all the time. The battery life is very good for them being so lite but the trade off is build quality. They are made of a cheap feeling plastic that will almost certainly break after a year or two. Unless you are extremely careful that is. They do not come with a case but the usb dongle can be slotted into one of the ear cups.
But the ultimate test of headphones is of course sound quality and that is were the headphones fall short. If you want to listen to background music while studying/working or watch a youtube video in bed then these are fine but forget about listening to anything for the express purpose. The first problem is that they don't make much of a noise. These aren't very loud at all. The second problem is that if the volume control is set to around two thirds or anything higher they start distorting badly. I've tried listening to the Inception soundtrack on these but every track distorts.
They are extremely light and the addition of controls for skip/pause/play/volume/answer call on the cups are nice as well.

Good: Portability is great Very comfortable and lite
Bad: Build quality Sound quality Too expensive for what they are
