Long-A-Coming is a book of poetry written by one who has been inspired by poet Taylor Mali performing his recent work. The author pilots an emotional rollercoaster ride with hopes each reader will feel the exhilaration he experience during the writing.

Author Biography:

Charlie Redner earned his BA in Psychology at Rutgers University. He attended the American Foundation of Dramatic Arts, where he graduated from the Broadcast Division. Today, Charlie is a member of the Society of Southwestern Authors, and a past board member of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association and Television & Radio Advertising Club of Philadelphia. He is the past publisher of Philadelphia's Delaware Valley Business Magazine and Broker Agent Magazine, Tucson, Arizona. He is the publisher of a new literary magazine, The Hummingbird Review. Charlie is the author of Down But Never Out, a soon-to-be published biography of former middleweight champion Joey Giardello. He has three fictional works currently in progress; a novel, God and Country, The Unimagined, Imagined, second in the Maggie Lopez Border Patrol Agent series, and is working on a story of a Native American boy and a pilgrim youngster set in the shadow of the Mayflower provisionally called, First Encounter. Originally from Haddonfield, New Jersey, Charlie and his wife, Judith, now reside in Tucson, Arizona and Laguna Woods, California. This is his first book of poetry.
