haven't played the first Lost Planet so I don't know to much about the story, from what I've played in the demo this games going to be one of my favorite games of 2010, while I'm more of a FPS fan, I found that I enjoyed the online co-op in Lost planet more than I have in borderlands, though I still think couch co-op can't be beat no matter what game it is. defiantly give the demo a go, the online co op is great and its really cool and varies depending on what country the players are from, you find people from different countries using different play styles and strategies, like USA is usually run and gun, when I found myself playing with three Japanese people I saw that they favored getting around using the grapple line to get around faster than just using run all the time oh and the weapons, VS's(Vital Suits/Mechs) and enemy's are all well designed, thought out and work amazingly well churr
