For this kind of price point, I would expect some form of USB port, or a rechargeable battery. Instead it comes with a need for a battery type which is kind of fiddly, and annoying to get, and as far as I am aware, isn't available in a rechargeable format. There is also plenty of room in the base to fit a AAA battery, which would have been much more accessible. The LED light is moderate, and unspectacular when used with regular water. The Box blurb, and the website description claims it uses 1 CR2032 battery. However the interior materials and the battery compartment claims it uses 3 LR44 batteries, of a different type than the box says. Which is misleading. Overall this is disappointing. Will update the review when I have tested the light-time of the thing. Although I am already a bit down on it, as any display item which needs to be lit to be fully effective, which needs non=rechargeable batteries or does not have a USB plug option is gonna cost more than its worth in the long run.
