I liked this book better than the previous one, and it inspired me to read the series over again, but it didn't rock my world particularly. As is the case with the last few books, I was more interested in the side stories than the protagonist and his new ladyfriend. I'm sick of perfect vampire chicks, I prefer it when one of the Brothers has a human girlfriend, as the culture clash is fun.

This is the 10th book in the Brothers of the Black Daggerhood series and tells the story of one of the most wonderful courageous brothers of all…It will make you laugh, cry and read until your eyes are sore!!! It leaves you wanting the 11th one to hurry on up!!!!

This entire series is superb, well written, sexy characters that just draw you in, no matter their flaws. I've bought the whole series and buy for presents too!
