"Beautiful game. Complicated game. Could be a lot of fun."

First off amazing artwork. Well done to the makers.

The game (once you read the rule book and do read all of it) looks like fun. It has strategy. But when I played this with me ol' wife it had less…mojo.

It's a deck building game which I'm not used to, so there's that, we were tired, so there's that. But we just felt some of the game mechanics were lost in us. Not that we didn't get it but just that once you've built up a deck what's the chances of playing the cards you want to and need to-

Could be fun with more people. Could be more fun after a few more turns at it. Takes a while to explain layout and mechanics, even to yourself. But once you get it you get it. Will definitely play it again.

EDIT After playing this a second time I actually quite enjoyed it. Your main goal is to acquire the most victory points. However certain cards have special triggers and they can really help with strategy.

Instant wins are possible; I built the time machine. Looking forward to playing again! -------_-------_-------- First off amazing artwork. Well done to the makers.

Description

You and your dog Lucky should not have taken the shortcut through the woods that night

How were you to know that Pumpkin Ted was going to open a portal to the strange world of Oddtopia? Lucky, your protector and faithful companion, broke his leash and chased Pumpkin Ted back through the portal into an unfamiliar world. Oddtopia is a surreal and sometimes dark world of Tinkerers, Wickeds and Oddlings and is protected by the Great Mechanical Toad. Will you and Lucky find a way home, or will you stay and become the Great and Powerful Witchard of Oddtopia?
