To say I was disappointed when I excitedly tore open the packaging of this product would be an understatement. The hair was all matted and there was quite a lot of excess glue all over the hat. However, with a bit of time taken picking off all the glue and brushing all the knots out, it looked a lot better.
Very colourful and cozy, loved that you can brush it!
