When you get the neon blue with the neon pink/red, it really gives you the 80s Miami vibe when you light them up. The brightness isn't an issue and that's reassuring. There are 3 different modes to it, the normal glow, slow flash and intense rapid flash. However, the controller makes a faint but high pitch sound when turned on, but it shouldn't be a problem when you have a noisy background. Overall it's an awesome piece of decoration, especially in the bedrooms, worth trying it if you don't mind the price!
