I have known about Incubus for a long time from hearing their songs on the radio but I never thought to buy any of their CD's. Then I found this CD at a great price and thought I'd give it a go. I was very surprised at how many awesome songs there are on this album and I think most of you would enjoy it. I am glad I gave it a chance.
Make Yourself is the third album by American alternative rock band Incubus, released by Sony on October 26, 1999. The album has been certified 2x platinum in the United States. It featured three charting singles, "Pardon Me", "Stellar", and "Drive", all of which reached the top three of the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart.
There was also a tour edition released, with a second CD containing three acoustic tracks and one live track.
This is the first Incubus album to be recorded with new turntablist Chris Kilmore, who replaced DJ Lyfe.
The album is featured in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.
