I used to make a simple cider of 23L Keri Apple Juice, 1KG Chelsea brown sugar and some black tea. OG was 1.063 and my final reading was 0.998 after 3 weeks fermenting. It came out very smooth and with quite a fruity flavour.

A high ester-producing cider strain imparting wonderful flavour depth, revealing the full fruit potential. Makes exceptionally crisp, flavoursome and refreshing ciders.
