Description

Bear and Max are flying kites when Bear gets tangled in the string. A gust of wind takes him far from home, he bumps his head and wakes up lost in the woods. Bear is scared in the dark but he is soon found by Mouse, Badger, and Rabbit. Using the light of the moon, they help Bear get home. Max is happy to have Bear back and Bear tells Max the best bedtime story. This sweet book has a message about being lost and finding your way home. Its message of friendship and helping those in need will resonate with anyone who has ever been lost or needed help.

Author Biography:

Susan Quinn was born in Manchester but has traveled the world, by way of South Africa and Sydney. She became a children's librarian at 23 and then moved back to England. David Creighton-Pester is an illustrator based in Hamilton, New Zealand. He also owns and creatively directs his graphic design company, Scorch Design, which has been in operation since 2009.
