A simple request box has unravelled itself in to a far more
complicated situation than initially predicted. Student Council
president, Medaka Kurokami is getting herself embroiled with
some unusual people, known as the “13 Party” – an elite and
selected group of students – with sinister motives.
Out powered and possibly outnumbered by them, Medaka will
need to think outside the box to win this battle. But with her and
her fellow members of the Student Council at the helm, a win will
not be from any normal means.
