Judith Kaplan-Weinger is Professor of Linguistics, and Coordinator of the Linguistics Program, at Northeastern Illinois University. Char Ullman is Assistant Professor of Bilingual/ESOL Education and Educational Anthropology at the University of Texas at El Paso.
