Author Biography

Julie Riley has spent over a decade working with web technologies in many roles, including web designer, editor, project manager, information architect, and instructional designer. This collective experience gives her a broad perspective on effectively using the web for marketing, communications, and teaching. She and her husband, Brian, live in Boston and own FreshWay Communications, a web design and consulting studio. Julie also teaches web design at North Shore Community College and the Tufts University School of Medicine.
