I was very disappointed with this item, it was so beautiful but not functional. The holes where the tea would be delivered into the spout and out into your cup are not punctured correctly, therefore when you tip the teapot to pour the tea it comes out of the top of the teapot (also due to the ill fitting lid) and all over your table. A messy disappointment.
