You would expect an online voucher that requires no assistance but payment should come through almost instantaneous. Not particularly convenient with a 2 day delay. Luckily I bought it ahead of time to allow for such delays. Tried to find more info about why it was delayed and sent a query but that had an inconvenient long wait time. Just glad I got it in the end. I understand if it was a physical voucher to be sent but this didn't meet my reasonable expectation.

You should definitely use the ASB app for instant purchase of the gift cards as credit cards can be slow due to their verification.

Purchasing online gift voucher from Mighty Ape was a brilliant decision..choice of $ amount and printing at home couldn't be any easier. We put on glossy photo and it looked great. As recipient is a frequent Mighty Ape customer we couldn't have gifted any better and a very easy/practical solution for us.
