Description

''Mobbing'' continue to be a major concern in the majority of the professions, it considered one of the most frequently encountered forms of work-related violence. Universities are workplaces where people are in intense communication and interaction, which create a good media for mobbing behaviors. This work aimed to identifying the types, sources, response and the behaviors to escape the mobbing which occurs against junior staff working at Assiut University, Egypt. Also, you can know definition and description to mobbing, historical development of mobbing, symptom associated with mobbing victims, types of mobbing behaviors, the effects of mobbing on individual, organizational and the society, the phases of mobbing, and the strategies to control mobbing in the educational institutions. In additions, based on our research we propose some recommendations to control mobbing behaviors against demonstrators and assistant lecturers.
