Lucy is no longer mute and Christian and Mia have taken on the role of running the orphanage while dealing with the realities of the supernatural. The young couple are focused on building a place the children will be proud to call home. When everything is finally falling into place, strange events start to reoccur. Lucifer has devised another plan to take out the bloodline, but one thing stands in his way-Lucy. Despite having gained more control of his powers, Christian realizes they are not without limits when he is unable to save Lucy. With help from the orphanage gang, Christian engages in a deadly war where evil appears to be winning and where everything he and Mia have worked so hard to build is about to be lost. Amidst overwhelming turmoil and loss one thing remains clear...the bloodline will not be easily destroyed.
