Author Biography:

Julie Poole is a Professional Hypnotherapist. She developed her Hypnotherapy practice in 2002 and has worked with over 2000 clients since, helping them to make the changes they seek. Most of her work's focus is predominantly around anxiety based issues, including sexual abuse and rape, physical and emotional abuse, death and loss, and more. Julie specialises in working with clients who are experiencing issues due to their previous trauma and abuse. Many of her clients are not aware that their 'issue' is even linked to their abusive past! Julie trained and qualified as a Professional Hypnotherapist in 2002 obtaining a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (SAC Dip. Professional Hypnotherapy) and a Diploma in Regression Therapy (SAC Dip. Regression). She became registered with the GHR at that time - General Hypnotherapy Register (member number 1066), and the GHSC - General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. In October 2010 Julie was awarded SQHP from the GHR (which is a Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice status) due to her experience and professional development. In February 2015 she became a full member of the CNCH (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council) - registration number 000106-B15. In 2017, after four years of studying for a degree in psychology and sociology, Julie Poole obtained a Batchelor of Science.
