My 10 year old daughter thinks this book was a bit confusing (loads of things were going on at the same time and the names were hard to understand) but interesting. She enjoyed it. She recommends it for 11+ year olds.

Makes an introduction to Shakespeare feasible for kids. Pages are busy – with quotes / comic strips and brief story lines on every page. Each play is fitted into only 4–8 pages – so there's lots going on, and you need to take it slowly. However I think it's a worthwhile addition to the bookshelf. Can understand the previous reviewer's comments of 11+ (it's not inappropriate for adults who want to gently introduce themselves to / reacquaint themselves with Shakespeare), but it might also work for slightly younger kids if they were adept with graphical novels and took their time.
