This is Volume 1 of an autobiography of USAF Colonel Jim Tschudy. He and his wife, Lori, are the parents of 13 children. This work is the product of combined journals with a focus on their family and faith. Military services is touched upon only as a part of their family and faith. The introduction of this work outlines its purpose and focus: Written largely to my children and grandchildren that they might know their mother and father - grandmother and grandfather - had faith and hope in Christ and His Church and lived their lives as best they could to reflect that divine gift. Written also to our extended family members, known and unknown. May the divine blessings that have filled our lives be found also in yours. If you've been privileged to receive a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, may you rejoice in sharing our excitement and hope, and may your faith be increased by the sharing. If you've not yet received such a priceless gift, we hope our short story inspires you to seek the wondrous blessings available only through the Lord's restored church. Finally, written to our friends - those we already know and those we've yet to meet. Each of us has a tale to tell unique among all others. We have found so much joy and faith in the accounts of others; we sin-cerely hope you find interest in surveying both the significant and mundane of our, unique story. May it lead you to greater faith, hope, and joy!
