Overall these figures are of a good quality, but have some strange quirks. Firstly half the figures are in greatcoats and half not, which makes units appear somewhat disorganised. Second the kit comes with a number of extra head options, however in order to attach these you must first cut off the original head attached to the figure. In addition the extra heads come with a collar attached. I found it much easier to first remove the collar on the extra head and then cut off the figures original head above the collar. In short, making use of the extra head options requires a lot of work.
