Writing stories for years, I decided to take the plunge and publish one of my favourite children's stories Oliver & Amelia, Adventures of Urchin Grove, under the pen name LJ Hastie (my Dad's nickname for me is LJ). Storytelling has always fascinated me, I love how you can be swept away by compelling characters, and be transported to different times, countries, or even galaxies.
