It's easy to look at this as a quick money grab by Nintendo and to many I'm sure it'll seem as nothing really exceptional due to the limitation of 30 games with no way of adding more.
But! Add those 30 games up if you were to buy them on the Nintendo eshop and it would be about $240+.
And amongst these 30 games are some absolute classics like SMB3 and TLoZ.
I've preordered this along with an extra controller and really hope many will follow too. If this does well, then in the future I expect it would be hard for Nintendo to not follow it up with a SNES or N64 version.
And who it their right mind wouldn't want mini versions of those consoles with a sample of some of their best games.
