The Stranglers revisit their early days with ‘The Classic Collection’ reissue series.
The campaign sees Rhino Records reissue expanded CD editions of all of their early albums, from their 1977 debut ‘Rattus Norvegicus’ through to 1981’s ‘La Folie’. Each release in ‘The Classic Collection’ features the original album alongside special bonus tracks, which include non-album singles, b-sides and select rarities. Released five months after Rattus Norvegicus, No More Heroes became one of the band's highest charting releases, peaking at No. 2 on the UK Albums Chart, and staying in the chart for eighteen weeks.
