Simon was looking forward to the first day of second grade! He could hardly wait to study dinosaurs. But when he got to school, there were no dinosaurs decorating the classroom walls. The teacher tells the class that they have "no time for dinosaurs" because they have to do worksheets and prepare for the state tests. When Simon and the rest of the class protest with signs in front of Principal Leadbottom's office, something awful happens! Their teacher, Mrs. Smith, disappears into the principal's office and doesn't come back to class! A substitute teacher takes them back to their classroom where they do worksheets and lose their recess. What has become of their teacher? THE KIDS KNOW THIS MEANS BIG TROUBLE!
