Noctua simply don't make bad coolers. The NH-c14s is no exception. However be aware if your components need a downwards cooler and be mindful of the coolers T.D.P thresh holds. If you're within spec, then this cooler will perform awesome. Also be Mindful that with dual fans mounted, the top fan may become a little choked if there isn't enough clearance to your side panel.

With the fan installed underneath the fins, the total height of the cooler is only 115mm, making it suitable for use in many HTPC cases.
