I bought it to stop my consumption of single use tinfoil and baking paper. It does the trick for sure. Because it’s so smooth it leaves something I cook with a shine to them, this isn’t transfer it’s jusy the surface is so smooth it leaves the food smooth too.
We brought three, and they are amazing! Use them for everything baking in the oven. High advise people buy more than just one.
